This is a grace-filled yoga class for all levels of practice from beginner to seasoned practitioner with many opportunities for modification and variation. Classes are led by Mallory Shaw who has been a student of yoga for almost 2 decades and an instructor since 2016. This class is designed to focus on alignment in poses, breath work, and devotion to our Creator. Classes incorporate music, scripture and sound bowls.
