Private Functional Breath Work Sessions

For the Beginner

The breathing exercises are not strenuous and are intended to get you to slow your breathing and focus your breathing through your nose 100% of the time during your waking hours, during exercise, and especially while you sleep! The intent is to raise your BOLT score (Body Oxygen Level Test) to normal parameters. We will test your BOLT score on your first session.

What do I wear?

Dress comfortably. Some exercises will take place sitting, while others may require you to lay down or walk several paces.  

For the recreational athlete, weekend warrior, and serious athlete. 

The Oxygen Advantage intends to get you nasal breathing 100% of the time, especially when exercising! If you are currently mouth breathing during any part of your workout or run, you are better off slowing down till you can breathe 100% of the time through your nose. I speak from personal experience and the experience of my students when I say breathing nasally 100% of the time will take your workouts to the next level! I can customize a breathing session to any exercise or sport.  

How can I do a nasal breath work if my nose is constantly clogged?

Don’t worry! I have just the trick! Nose unblocking exercises are part of your first session. You will find that the more you use your nose to breathe, the less it becomes blocked, and allergy symptoms significantly decrease.  


Private breath-work sessions are structured to expand upon your previous experience or toward a specific goal. Your first session will be approximately 75-90 minutes.  Additional sessions are One Hour.

Friends and Family Group Breath Work Sessions

Get together some family and/or friends for a group breathwork session @ Bee’s Wellness Café & Juicery!  The price includes a complimentary wellness drink!

Classes are approximately 60 to 75 minutes.
